All of our products carry a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any of our products, Please follow the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Procedure for a refund or replacement within 30 days of purchase.

  • If you received a defective product, please send us a picture of the defective product you received via email [email protected], After we check, you don’t need to return the product, we will directly resend you a new replacement product, or give you a full refund.
  • If you received a non-defective products, but you don’t need it and want return it back to us, Please Request RMA number via email [email protected] within 30-day of purchase, We will offer a Free Return label, After You return it back to us, we will give you a refund. We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee for non-defective returns.

1-Year Warranty

If for some reason your product stops working within 1-Year (don’t cover items that have been abused, burned and damaged in any form), please contact us, we offer 1-year warranty. Please Request RMA number via email [email protected], We will offer RMA number and a free Return label, After You return it back to us, we will reship a new replacement one to you.

Return and Refund:

RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Procedure

All returned products need to be assigned a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization number) prior to return. Any returned product without a RMA number on package will not be accepted or processed. To obtain a RMA number, please contact us through email [email protected] or CONTACT US Page, We will offer RMA number and a free Return label. Upon receiving the RMA number, you can then follow the instructions to return the products. Once we receive the returned item we will either give you a refund or resend you out a replacement depending on what you prefer.

Your replacements or exchange items will be shipped within 24 hours upon receipt of the return package. If the item you are requesting replacement of is on back-order, we will provide you with an e-mail estimating when we anticipate shipping the replacement items.

Please note that The Return label is Free, RMA numbers last for 10 business days only and they expire if not used within this time period. We therefore advise you to send the returns back to us at your earliest convenience.

How to return or exchange an item:

  1. Please send us an e-mail with subject line ‘Return Order’ or ‘Exchange Order’, including your full name and order number.
  2. We will send you a RMA number and a Free Return label By mail, you Download and print the Free Return label, you can then follow the instructions to return the products.
  3. Once we receive the returned item we will either give you a refund or resend you out a replacement depending on what you prefer.
  4. Your replacement or exchange products will be shipped within 48 hours upon receipt of the return package. If the item you are requesting replacement of is on back-order, we will provide you with an e-mail estimating when we anticipate shipping the replacement items.
  5. All products must be returned 100% complete, including all components, original boxes and packing materials, manuals, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee for non-defective returns
  6. We’ll check the returned item on arrival and then give you a refund. Refunds are issued in the same form of payment as in the original transaction within 5 business days of receiving your return.
  7. About return address: Do not send back to the original address, the return address will be provided in the mail form after you Contact us by email, we will provide a Free Return label and RMA numbers. Please note that RMA numbers last for 10 business days only and they expire if not used within this time period. We therefore advise you to send the returns back to us at your earliest convenience.
